Since all our deliverables are digital, we do not ship or deliver any physical goods. However, we’ve outlined this policy to clarify how we manage the delivery of our digital products and services.

  1. Nature of Deliverables
  • All services and deliverables offered by Studio Foliate, including graphic designs, websites, reports, and marketing assets, are provided digitally. 
  • These are delivered via secure methods such as email, cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), or through our project management platforms. 
  1. Delivery Timeline
  • Delivery timelines are project-specific and will be clearly communicated during the project briefing or as outlined in the agreement. 
  •  Typical timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the service requested. 
  1. Delivery Confirmation
  • Upon completion of a project or service, the final deliverables will be shared with you via the agreed-upon delivery method. 
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent to acknowledge successful delivery. 
  1. Failed Deliveries
  • In the rare instance of a failed digital delivery due to technical issues (e.g., incorrect email address, server errors), we will promptly rectify the situation once notified. 
  • Clients are advised to check their spam or junk folders for emails containing deliverables.
  1. Intellectual Property
  •  All digital files delivered are the property of the client once the final payment is made, as outlined in our service agreement. 
  • It is the client’s responsibility to securely store these files after delivery. 
  1. Revisions and Updates
  • If revisions are required, they will be delivered digitally as per the terms agreed upon in the project scope. 
  • Additional revisions or updates outside the original agreement may be subject to extra charges.
